Speakers include: Government organisations including Defra, DECC and DCLG involved as well as local authorities and the private sector. Speakers will discuss the various barriers to heat including cost and funding issues, legal framework, UK Heat Policy and concerns regarding biomass heat and the supply chain. This event is of interest to anyone in the renewable heat sector including businesses, organisations and authorities under pressure to cut carbon footprints and energy bills, while leaving themselves less exposed to future carbon price increases and fossil fuel shortages.
