Mirelle Ball, Projects Manager
Mirelle is a communications specialist and delivers the programme of international events to assist UK companies in raising their profiles overseas alongside showcasing the UK's strengths in offshore Wind deployment, and the UK as a place for inward investment.
Bruce Valpy, Head of Business Development
Bruce, Director of BVG Associates Ltd., has more than 20 years of experience in the wind industry, having held significant R&D positions within Vestas, NEG Micon and the UK’s Wind Energy Group, including steering the design of large offshore-ready turbines. His experience enables him to provide strategic business development assistance to a range of new entrants to the wind industry.

Russell Davis, Business Development Manager
Russell, also of BVG Associates Ltd., assists Bruce with in developing the UK wind energy supply chain within UK Renewables using his extensive business relationship management experience. Previous to working in the wind industry Russell spent 15 years in the aerospace sector.
Julian Brown, Business Development Manager, Ports
Julian, from BVG Associate Ltd., works in the business development team with a particular focus on ports. He has 25 years experience in engineering businesses and was previously Managing Director of NEG Micon Rotors Ltd., manufacturing wind turbine blades on the Isle of Wight. As the head of the biggest single renewables employer in the UK, he gained significant experience in the political and commercial aspects of the wind industry and had special interest in coastal development of facilities and logistics of offshore transportation.
Vicky Brown, Events Coordinator
Vicky Brown is an events co-ordinator supporting all aspects of the programme's delivery. In addition to managing the administrative functions of the project, Vicky has vast experience in events planning and communication activities.
